How to simplify and organize your business documents

Do you have papers scattered all over the place, piles of papers here and there? Digital documents stored at several places? Can’t find what you need when you need it? Got too many apps on your phone where you store things? It’s time to get organized and create a free and simpler life.

Yesterday I went to a networking event here in Sweden. It was organized by one of the largest business magazines here in Sweden and there were four speakers who were there to inspire us.

Per Holknekt – founder of Odd Molly. Also speaking were Susanne Liljegren, founder of Granit and Frida Boisen, chief editor at GT newspaper. two extremely creative and driven women. A true inspiration to listen to.

David Stiernholm – Swedens only “structurer” i.e. business organizer talked about how to organize your business documents and save  your sanity at the same time.

David is the one who inspired me to write this blog post. He gave some really valuable tips on how to become more structured and reach personal effectiveness. I really liked how David inspired us all to become more effective and save time by being organized.

I already consider myself quite organized but improvement can always be made.Do you have papers scattered all over the place, piles of papers here and there? Digital documents stored at several places? It’s time to get organized and create a free and simpler life.

Going paperless

Remember my quest for freedom last year? Well this led me to wanting to go paperless. I read this fantastic blog post from Just a girl and her blog on Organizing Your Life: How to Go Paperless and Add Hours to Your Week that inspired me immensely. So now I try to add as much as I can to Evernote. It has definitely simplified my life.
