How determined are you to achieve your goals? When you set up a new goal, what do you do to ensure you will reach success?
Being determined isn’t always easy. We can burn for projects and things but small distractions can easily disturb us and our determination takes a step back. We can easily feel defeated or unappreciated which makes us take our goals lighter. We don’t work as hard at them as we normally would when our determination is strong.
Every time you repeat something that is uncomfortable you get stronger. And in the end it will get easier. Tired of not getting anywhere with your actions? Want to achieve quick and effective results?
Here are three steps to ensure you stay determined:
1. Know what you want. The more details you have about what you really want the easier it will be for you to stay determined.
2. Know what you don’t want. Screening – know what you don’t want and it will be easier for you to focus on getting what you want. Example: Know what kind of tasks you don’t want to spend your valuable time on and get someone else to do it. It will help you focus on what you really want.
3. Concentrate on one thing at a time. Tackle one thing at a time and not everything at once. Concentrate on finishing one thing and completing it before you go to the next level. Don’t try to run before you can walk.
This is the basic path to success. Do this and it will help you a lot in achieving what you want.
But how will this help me stay determined? I’m glad you asked. If you look at the process again you will see that by doing these three steps you are subconciously becoming more determined. You will stay on track becasue you have a basic system in place that will make it easy for you to grow.
